Archie began his career as a program instructor at Variety Village / Variety – The Children’s Charity in 1984. He is the Director of Access and Awareness leading outreach and education, training, volunteers, The Rehabilitation to Community program, community events and sport teams. Archie has been a tireless advocate for people of all ages and abilities, with a passion in the areas of accessibility, inclusive participation, and community engagement. He is currently a Director of PowerHockey Canada promoting opportunities to play, participate and compete. Archie has been the past recipient of many awards including Canadian Disability Hall of Fame – Builder, Canadian Paralympic Committee Hall of Fame, Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal, and Toronto Sport Hall of Fame Inductee – Builder and Spirit of Sport.

Judy Goss, PhD is a Mental Performance Consultant, who works with National and Olympic Team members in Ontario including athletes from Skate Canada, Wrestling Canada, Volleyball Canada, Swim Ontario and Freestyle Ontario. Judy received her PhD in Sport Psychology from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant by the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. She has served as the Mental Performance Lead for the National Sport Science and Sport Medicine Advisory Committee for Own the Podium.
Judy maintains a private practice working with athletes and coaches from a wide variety of sports as well as National and Provincial Sport Organizations. She has written numerous articles and presented at national and international conferences. Her work with athletes and coaches focuses on performance enhancement, performance under pressure and building resiliency. She takes an educational approach so that athletes and coaches understand the theoretical concepts as well as developing the skills and strategies to integrate into their daily training and competitive experiences.
